Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any some reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one.

In order that we may provide you with the best possible service please follow these guidelines:

  • Products must have been purchased directly from our website or by telephone 225 756 7010. 
  • Products must be returned within 15 days of order date 
  • Please fill out our return form (email us at info@drlilifan.com to request). 
  • We cannot accept returns of overly used products. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non refundable 
  • Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned 
  • Your return is on the glow! Our seamless return process will take between 7-14 days start to finish. Returns take roughly 5 business days for travel to our return location, and 3-4 business days processing time. Once processed, your return will be initiated and we’ll notify you via email!
